Brétignolles sur Mer , on the Atlantic coast, stretches over a distance of 13 km between les Sables d’Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. The coastline is very varied, its little creeks hidden amongst the rocks alternating with fine sandy beaches

Your holiday rental

Le Pied de Chaume is situated in the residential area of the resort, 800 m from la Parée beach and 1,5 km from a sea-water lake destined for swimming. It is in a quiet area, with access to la Parée beach, by means of a footpath past villas.

The following are at your disposal : outdoor non-heated swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September (weather permitting), free private open-air car park, children's playground, table tennis and launderette (with charge)

The Residence consists of a series of small, 2-storey buildings (without lift), offering for your holiday rental different types of apartment, ranging from the studio apartment for 3/4 pers to the 4-roomed duplex apartment for 6 pers, all fully equipped with kitchenette (with oven) and bathroom or shower with toilet.

Miscellaneous

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post during the week following.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

- For TV, baby equipment and bathroom linen hire, and for any other requests, please phone the residence at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5 and 8 pm
In case of late arrival you MUST inform the reception, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5pm onwards.

By car: From the north: A10 motorway direction Bordeaux, A11 motorway direction Angers, then A87 exit la Roche sur Yon direction Les Sables d’Olonne. Exit at La Mothe Achard, direction Brétignolles sur Mer.
From the south : A10 motorway Bordeaux, Saintes, Niort, Fontenay le Comte, Les Sables d'Olonne and Brétignolles sur Mer.

When you arrive at Brétignolles sur Mer, go to the town-hall (Mairie) roundabout, pass the post-office, lthe police-station, the supermarket (Super U, entrane-side), carry straight on then take the 3rd road on the right, rue des Marsouins (this road goes around the residence).
