All the apartments, from the studio apartment for 2/3 pers to the 2/3-roomed apartment for 6 pers, are fully equipped: kitchenette ( vitroceramic hotplate, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom or shower, generally a separate toilet, television (with extra charge) fee-paying WiFi access and balcony or terrace .

Three 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers are equipped for those with reduced mobility: shower and toilet in the same room

- Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival between 5.00 and 8.00 pm (Saturday, see reception times for the other arrival days)
In case arrival outside reception opening times, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am (please make an appointment at reception indicating your approximate departure time).

How to get to the resort

• By car: By motorway from Paris: A4 direction Strasbourg. Exit N°9 Obernai/Innenheim, N422 and direction Mulhouse/Saint Dié Colmar/Obernai. Having passed Sélestat, continue on N83 direction Colmar.Take the exit, Bergheim-Guemar. By A roads from Paris: At Saint Dié, take direction Strasbourg then follow Sélestat. Take motorway exit towards Colmar then exit Bergheim-Guemar.

By train : Train links: Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse, Sélestat, Ribeauvillé.
