The apartments, from the studio apartment for 3 persons to the 4-roomed apartment for 8 pers, either on the ground floor or upstairs, are fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying wifi access and television (with charge)

2 apartments for 4 pers are accessible to the disabled :
2-roomed apartments for 4 (approx. 33 m2) 1 on one level, on the ground floor of the main building and 1 on one level on the ground floor at the cottages.

How to get to the resort

By car : Motorway to Rennes, join the N24 direction Vannes - Lorient, then N165 direction Quimper and D70 Concarneau - Fouesnant - Bénodet. At Fouesnant as at Bénodet, follow signs to the Golf de l’Odet. The residence is situated at the entry to the golf course.
For the GPS : Route de Guénodou
From Fouesnant take direction Bénodet. At place known as Menez Groas, at the roundabout, turn right, direction Clohars-Fouesnant-Golf de l’Odet.
From Bénodet, take direction Fouesnant. At place known as Menez Groas, at the roundabout, turn left, direction Clohars-Fouesnant-Golf de l’Odet.
From Quimper, take direction Bénodet, follow Clohars-Fouesnant-Mousterlin. At the centre of Clohars Fouesnant follow Mousterlin then immediately at the exit of Clohars Fouesnant follow Golf de l’Odet.

By train : Quimper railway station (20 km).

By plane : Quimper airport(12 km).
