The residential complex, right on Odet's golf course, and just 5 kilometres from the centre of Bénodet, from the beach and the commodities, is made up of a main building and of small houses.

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 3 persons to the 4-roomed apartment for 8 pers, either on the ground floor or upstairs, are fully equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying wifi access and television (with charge)

The following are at your disposal: heated outdoor swimming pool, open from June to the end of September, health and fitness centre, free tennis (50m), petanque area , sauna (with entrance fee), fee-paying Wi-Fi connection and free outdoor car park.

• By car: Motorway to Rennes, take the N24 direction Vannes Lorient, then N165 direction Quimper and D70 Concarneau-Fouesnant Bénodet. Follow the direction Golf de l’Odet.
