Your holiday rental

The residence, situated just 24km west of Florence, at the very heart of the hamlet of Artimino, originally constituted the living quarters of the craftsmen and labourers, who worked on the large, 730-hectare estate of Duke Fernand 1st, a descendant of the Medici dynasty, now converted into a 4-star hotel (300m from the hamlet) and offering you services such as its restaurant, a large equipped swimming pool, tennis courts and mountain bike hire.

The 59 apartments have all been renovated in pure Tuscan style. The outside of the buildings, such as the paved streets, the old clock tower or the ancient fortifications of the village, lend them a certain charm.

They are situated on the ground floor 1st or 2nd floor.

Small pets admitted on request : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Arrival on Saturdays at 4.00 pm (for arrival at any other time, please inform the residence who will give you the procedure to follow to obtain the keys)

Genoa, Livorno (motorway A 12) exit at Pisa Centro and ontinue on the main road S.G.C.
Florence, Pisa, Livorno direction Florence (FI-PI-LI). Take the exit Montelupo
Florentino. Follow the road signs direction Artimino (SS 67).The hotel Paggeria Mediciea is signposted.


From Florence airport : leaving the airport, take the direction Rome (A1 motorway). Take the exit SCANDICCI puis Follow direction PISA/LIVORNO (FI.PI.LI)
Take the exit Montelupo Florentino. Follow the road signs direction Artimino (SS 67).The hotel Paggeria Mediciea is signposted.
