Your holiday rental

The complex of Alfagar I is situated in the zone of Balaia, 5km east of the centre of the resort of Albufeira. The residence itself is very quiet and peaceful, situated at 1.5km from the shopping streets of Sao Joao with its many bars and restaurants. It is also at close proximity to several golf courses, a horse-riding centre and the famous casino and marina at Vilamoura.

The complex of Alfagar I, perched magnificently at the top of a cliff, overlooking the sea, is made up of 11 hectares of gardens and of rocky formations (protected area).

Apartment cleaned 3 times a week (except for the kitchen corner) including the day of arrival, but not holidays, rental of safe, free Wifi at the reception, 2 children’s playgrounds, games’ rooms (billiards, table football at the bar...), paying tennis

Close by : supermarket in the dans village of Alfagar sur site, fee-paying launderette at 200m

On the beach rental of pedal boats, jet skis, inflatable boats (independently-run services, to be paid for on the spot)

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per apartment and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday, between 4.00 and 7.00pm.
In case of late arrival please inform the reception of the residence
Departure on Saturday, before 11 am, after inventory
According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

How to get to the resort

- By car : Go to Albufeira then go along the coast towards Santa Eulalia on the avenue Dos Descubrimientos. Turn right on the road East Santa Eulalia direction la Torre de Medronheira. Continueon the left, still towards Santa Eulalia, then straight on. You will come to the residence.
