Accomodation

The residential hotel comprises:
-Bedrooms for 1 to 4 pers with bathroom, kitchenette and free television

-Apartments, mostly with a mezzanine, for 2 to 6 pers, all fully fitted out : equipped kitchenette (generally a microwave, electric coffee maker, electric hotplate, fridge and dishwasher), bathroom with toilet, television ( at extra charge ) and generally a balcony.

- Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on the premises.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

-Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

In case of arrival after 10.00 pm, you MUST inform the residence by phone or fax, who will give you the procedure to follow. Departure on Saturday, between 8.00 and 10.00 am

RENTAL FORMULA :

Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday from 5.00 pm
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.


Special Christmas and New Year: possibility of arrival and departure on the day of your choice (7
night stay)

How to get to the resort

By car : A8 motorway, exit Grasse or Mougins. Coming from Cannes, direction town centre, when you reach the Palais des Congrès, carry on towardsNice, 500 m on the left, at the
Europa roundabout, indicating Saint Vallier de Thiey, get into this lane, the hotel-residence is 50 m on the right
Coming from Nice, exit A8 Villeneuve Loubet, to go up to Grasse (30 min), at the first road sign indicating Grasse, carry on towards the town centre. When you arrive at the roundabout opposite the no-entry sign, turn right (hair-pin bend). The hotel is on the car park of la Foux, the entrance is at the 2nd roundabout on the right.

By train : Cannes railway station (17 km), bus to the Grasse terminus at 300 m from the
Hotel-Residence.

Grasse (railway station (2 km), taxi.

By plane : Nice airport (30 km). bus to the Grasse terminus ( at 5 min from the Hotel-Residence. ) or taxi.
