These entirely renovated apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 to the 2- roomed apartment for 6 are air-conditioned and fully equipped with a kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplate, micro wave/
grill, dishwasher), bathroom or shower, separate toilet, free television and balcony for the apartments overlooking the swimming pool.


The Apart'Hotel has one side facing the town and the other the swimming pool . The studio apartments for 2 and the 2-roomed apartments for 4 all overlook the town, without balcony.

Miscellaneous

Deposit (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the premises. The deposit will be given back to you on the day of departure, after inventory, or sent by post. The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted with an up-to -date vaccination certifiate and tatooing. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the residence

Rental conditions

Price in euros, per apartment and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday, between 5.00 and 8.00pm.

In case of late arrival please inform the reception of the residence

Departure on Saturday, after inventory, between 8.00 and 10.00 am (before 12.00 noon for hotel formula).

How to get to the resort

By car : A8 motorway, direction Nice, exit Cannes centre. Go down boulevard
Carnot. At the last traffic lights, turn right onto the fast road direction Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël, then at the last lights, turn left onto rue Georges Clémenceau.
Turn immediately right into the no-through road, the residence is below the level of the road.
