Most of the 100 000 beds under the managemnt of Odalys belong to private investors, institutions or organisations who have entrusted Odalys with the management of their property, either by commercial lease or by contract.
With the backing of the "Groupe Financière Duval", which holds 75% of the Group's shares, Odalys has managed to sustain a steady rhythm of growth, thanks particularly to a policy of external growth :
Acquisition in 2003 of the company HMC-Domaine du Soleil, with a strong presence in the Tarentaise region.
Acquisition in 2004 of Snow Tignes (250 apartments at Tignes)

The Group
Financière Duval is divided into 2 separate structures, dealing with separate and complementary fields: Real-estate activities and exploitation (Leisure-tourism, health). It is accompanied by an active network of real-estate experts making it a long-term investor, alongside the local and national decision-makers. So the "Financière Duval" group offers its public and private clients competence in all aspects of real estate. The "Financière Duval" group employs 2 500 collaborators.

Club-Residences - Dynamic holidays In our Club-Residences, in July and August, you benefit from all the traditional services, with entertainment an added extra! These residences, which are true holiday clubs, offer day-time and, in some cases, evening entertainment for a festive, sporting and colourful holiday. For the most part, a children's club for 4 to 11 year olds and a teenagers' club, for 12 to 15 year olds, are on offer. In some of our Club Residences an Odalys representative will advise you throughout your stay, to help you discover and make the most of your chosen holiday destination.
Castelys Residences Situated in classified buildings, which have been suitably renovated, the Castelys residences house about thirty luxury apartments in a preserved setting. The first residence of this sort opened in June at Erdeven (Morbihan). Other plans are underway.
Odalys City The Odalys City town-centre residences offer a true alternative to the hotel; in addition they are both economical and convivial. The spacious apartments boast a personalised décor and are fully equipped.

Club Residences with wooden houses Odalys now wishes to develop club-residences entirely made up wooden houses with a large protected balcony (see opposite : Carnoux). These houses, which are very comfortable and pleasant, blend perfectly into their carefully planted, wooded setting.
Vitalys outdoor residential complexes Vitalys, a subsidiary company of Odalys, offers you the total freedom of an outdoor holiday in its open-air residential parks, made up of fully equipped mobile homes. Situated at the seaside or in the country, at the heart of large, wooded parks, the Vitalys sites offer all the services of a club-residence in July and August: children's and teenagers' clubs, activity and entertainment in the day-time and evening, as well as equipment for numerous sporting and leisure activities.
Oceanpeak : an art of living Oceanpeak, a subsidiary company of Odalys, offers you top class holidays in luxury villas and chalets in the heart of the Basque country, the French Riviera, Corsica, the Savoie, the Drôme and the Oisans regions. These villas and chalets, which are equipped for between 4 and 14 people, offer extremely comfortable and totally independent holidays
2 : The diversity of destinations offered
Firstly in France, where Odalys Vacances offers a wide range of destinations in seaside resorts, managing over a hundred different sites, in Corsica, on the Channel coast, beside the Atlantic ocean and in the Mediterranean; in the mountains, with more than 60 residences situated at the heart of the most beautiful resorts in the Alps and in the Pyrenees; and in the country (Quercy, Lubéron, Lot, Provence, Alsace...). Odalys Vacances is also present all around the Mediterranean basin, with numerous sites in Spain (on the Costa Brava, Costa Dorada, Costa del Azahar and Costa Blanca), in Sardinia, in Tuscany and in Croatia, on the adriatic coast.
3 : Free entertainment and children's activity clubs in the summer
In July and August, no less than 40 residences and mobile-home villages are able to offer you a club for children aged 4 to 11 years (5 half-days per week. The programme includes : theme weeks (Indians, cow-boys, circus and troubadours...), manual activities (make-up, discovery of the flora etc.), outdoor games, picnics and shows, with the direction of a monitor. Activities for teenagers, under the responsability of state-qualified monitors, are also provided in many places : sporting and water sports' activities and cultural outings during the day; pizza evenings, poker for beginners or else dancing lessons in the evening !
Parents are catered for too. Apart from evening entertainment (karaoké, café-theatre, shows...), "Odalys representatives" now accompany you throughout your stay to give you advice on outings and excursions. In the summer, mountain residences offer 2 half-days hiking during your stay (free of charge and with prior reservation), with a trained mountain guide.
